We’re open throughout the A40 roadworks near Over Farm!

A totally unique Christmas party near Gloucester

Looking for a Christmas party that’s a little bit different? Dance the night away beneath the beams with a live Ceilidh band and a cracking curry!

Forget the predictable party night; this is a Christmas celebration with a real bit of bounce!

Kick things off with a glass of fizz on arrival, tuck into a delicious curry and pud, then get ready for fantastic live music from our brilliant Ceilidh band.

Whether you know your do-si-do from your elbow, or you’re completely new to Ceilidh dancing, it really doesn’t matter. The band will talk you through the moves, the atmosphere does the rest, and before long the whole barn will be up on its feet.

Great food, live music, lots of laughs and the barn dance of your life. Christmas parties don’t get much more fun than this.

What do our guests say?

We used Over Barn for our Christmas party this year, and it did not disappoint, what a crackin’ evening. The food, the drink, the dancing and the laughter. The venue is fantastic, the staff were amazing and the live music took the night from a great party to one we shall all remember and talk about for months to come. I would definitely recommend dressing for the occasion, it was a great excuse to dress as Cowboys. We doff our Stetson’s to Over Barn 🤠 Yea’ha

We attended the Christmas Barn Dance at Over Barn in December 2019 and again in December 2024. A few things had changed in that time, but it was still so much fun. The food was delicious; the desserts were generous. The dance floor was never empty thanks to an excellent band and caller followed by a DJ who knew just what to play to keep people on their feet. If you haven’t been I highly recommend you give it a go! We’d go every year, but we live in the USA and can’t always make it back to visit at that time of year, sadly.

Tell me more!

We’ve got tables of ten available over the first three weekends in December. Give us a call on 01452 341510 or use the enquiry box at the bottom of the page to let us know what you’re after.

The night starts at 7pm with a midnight finish.

Seats are £57.50 each, and apart from your favourite tipple from the bar, everything is included!

And if you’re keen to take over the whole barn and dance the night away, you’ll be pleased to know that private hire is available for larger parties of up to 100 guests.
